• Full marks given if the element is accurate, clearly formulated, rigorous, and presented with reasonable detail.
• Half marks taken off if content is at least partly accurate but poorly expressed, implausible or superficial, or lacking reasonable detail.
• Full marks taken off if the element is absent, completely inaccurate, or severely problematic.
