Once accepted in the program, you are expected to: 

A. Maintain an average of at least 85% in each social science course (except maths – 75%)

B. Attend at least one formal social science conference, workshop or event, such as : 

          - Model UN debates

          - business / economic case study competitions, if applicable

          - Forum Etudiant (Quebec) or Forum for Young Canadians (Ottawa)

          - Jeux des sciences humaines

          - Collegial en affaires

          - Model NATO conference

          - CSQ-Juripop MOOT Court Competition

C. Get involved in other social science activities, such as :

          - participate in an organized field trip (the UN in New York, the Parliament in Ottawa, Europe trip, etc)

          - attend a university / post secondary open house or ‘student for a day’ program

          - obtain membership in the ‘UN Association of Canada’

          - attend ACFAS

D. Keep a portfolio of all Social Sciences Honours degree requirements

E. Take part in CISA's tutoring program OR do volunteer work in community / social organizations

F. Write a publishable research paper for the Integrative Project or for another course - CiSA Journal or other academic publications
